The EJAL 40 biorevitalizing filler restores the skin's natural hyaluronic acid levels, compensating for the ageing process. The biorevitalizing gel contains a medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid - 40 mg concentration per ampule - which helps to rebuild and strengthen the extracellular matrix.
The injected active ingredient enhances the body's own hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin synthesis, resulting in firmer, more elastic skin and improving the overall quality of the dermis.

Procedure
After the consultation, the treated area is prepared: the skin is cleaned of any make-up and impurities and then disinfected. Next, a thin needle is used to inject the filler into the skin at 4-4 points per side. After the treatment, the filler is evenly distributed and diffused among the tissues. At the end of the treatment, you will be given detailed instructions on the aftercare protocol.

Treatment is highly recommended:
- for patients already in their twenties to prevent the signs of aging : "aging prevention"
- to treat sagging skin, wrinkles and fine lines,
- revitalizing skin that is dry, dull and lacking elasticity,
- refreshing skin that needs deep hydration.
During the treatment, we can apply 2 ml of biorevitalising filler to the following areas:
- face,
- neck,
- decolletage
- and the back of the hands.
Depending on the skin condition, 2-3 treatments are recommended, with 1 month break between each session. For a long-lasting effect, the series of treatments should be carried out twice a year.
Few days before the treatment, blood thinners, vitamin C and alcohol should be avoided to minimize bruising at the puncture sites. Active ingredients used in skin care (e.g. exfoliants, retinol) should also be avoided as they can cause skin irritation in the treated area.
After treatment, there may be some swelling and minor bruising at the injection sites, which will disappear within a short time. Minor lumps may appear in the treated area due to the filler, but these will disappear on their own within days and there is no need to massage the area. Using make-up and exercising is not recommended the day after the treatment. The use of sunscreen is very important in the post-treatment period. At the end of the treatment, the patient will get an aftercare protocol.
The treatment should not be used in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding or febrile illness, active skin disease, inflammatory or infectious skin processes. Reasons for exclusion include allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients of the filler.
